Notes
Longest run in a while (and the max mileage I've ever done was 7 in high school so it was a big day for me lol). Ran with a friend from high school who's training for a marathon and we always have good chats. We ran through downtown Urbana and I hope to keep the Sunday long run trend going. We ran 5 miles last Sunday together so obviously I must keep the trend going and run 1 more mile each Sunday *purple devil emoji*
PS the club party last night was very fun, it was good to hang and see everyone again :)
