Notes
Workout was 3 sets of 4 x 400. Last 400 of each set was a faster paced one. Each set also got quicker than the previous. Rest between intervals was a 30 meter walk. After set 1 we jogged 10 minutes, then 5 minutes set 2, and 3 minutes after set 3.
Finished the workout off with 4x 200 with 20 meters walk rest .
