Notes

Todays workout was 4 X mile with 2 minutes jog rest at or just faster than half marathon pace. Then a 1 hour run at or just faster than marathon pace. And to top it all off, another 4 X mile with 2 minute rest at or just faster than the first set of 4. For the first set of 4 I actually jogged the 2 minutes between miles, but for the last 4 I did not.
