was suppose to take the shorter guys 45 minutes today but I forgot how far this loop was until it was too late. Fell back to run with Joe and Matt so they wouldn't get lost. Good conversation and the pace was hopefully slow enough not to hurt their legs for the workout tomorrow. Strides and core afterwards.
