got off the bike and did a mini workout. Did 10 minute warm up at 8.6 mph then after that I picked it up by 1 notch every minute. Stopped at 30 minutes which was around 10.5 mph by that point. Moved it back down to 10 mph and did 2 1:30 hills to finish it off.
