So good news is I don't have asthma. Got the results back from my chest x ray. Bad news is they found granuloma's in my lungs . So the fact I had vision loss and a swollen optic nerve and now the granuloma's in my lungs I most likely have sarcoidosis disease. No cure for it but hopefully I can manage it with medication . Hopefully it doesn't effect anymore of my organs. Only question now is if anyone with this disease has ever broken 2:40 in the marathon .
