Workout went pretty well. Felt well, even though I did fall off a little bit on the 4th repeat. Running around 41 seconds for each 200m is comfortable, and I feel pretty confident I can do this when I do my 7 mile repeats in a few weeks. Dad was there again this week to take splits and we tried out his Forerunner 250 (GPS watch) which worked alright, although the way we had it setup this time I wouldn't use it alone for an interval workout such as this.
