Well... Barton Hall was closed because there was a Seder event happening there, so with what little daylight was left I did the workout on the outdoor track. That's why the warm-up and cool-down were cut a little short. On the whole it went pretty well. It was a little hard to see for the last 200m (it got pretty dark) and the temperature dropped some, but I'm glad Dad convinced me to get the workout in.
