This went well. I made sure to hold back for the first 3 or 4 so I could finish the workout easily. I felt pretty good throughout. I would have never guessed I could do this based on my first interval workout back in February. I probably could have shortened the recovery time down to 4:00 minutes or so and still been able to finish without a problem. Something to keep in mind for the future.
