9 mile run with 6X(2 min on / 2 min off). The fartlek workout was not great, but I was able to push though to the last rep. Today was a little cooler than the past few days, but humidity was a lot higher. Overall, these past few days have just been very uncomfortable conditions to run in, but heading into this weekend, temperature is going to cool off a lot.
