12 mile long run. Not as bad as I expected it to be. Still working on building back that aerobic base, but overall felt pretty good, and I'm not all that sore after. This week I'm planning on two "long runs", although 12 miles is more of a medium-long. Unfortunately I did not work out a time to run on Sunday, so I am trying to push up mileage this week to get back on track. Hoping for about 55, then next week I will do the same.
