Attempted 14, but fell a little short to finish overall at 13. Legs were pretty dead after 11 miles. I'm gonna try to get to softer ground once I hit 14-16 miles on these long runs, cuz all this bike path running gets tiring. I'm also starting to focus a lot more on strength training, so hopefully that will help.
