Notes

1000 SKIPS to warmup, and main set of 8x125's of 50 build, 25 easy, 25 hard, 25 dps, done on the 2:30. Got pretty tiring near the end, but overall I liked these and think that they helped with change of pace while swimming, which can happen in tris.
