Pleasantly surprised with how I finished the workout, it felt like a good build and progression into the repeats. On the second one I had to stop and wait for traffic on Demers on the path by the river which threw things off a bit, but overall I think it was a good workout. Thinking about jumping in the cross country meet at Ray Richards on October 15 as an unattached just for fun.
