garmin low battery, so first mile didn't record.

3 x tanadoona loops; middle in reverse. first 2 85% HM pace aerobic; last one 85% HM pace til turn, then pick it up and go anaerobic. Did good. MUCH easier feeling than the 2 loops of tanadoona I did last week. Felt good about pushing pace on last one up the hill.
