This was the best I had today, given the conditions (slippery road for first 2 miles and then for repeats 2 and 3) and given my condition (maybe too much cut back last week; shitty diet and stress). Also, they were .65 instead of .62 cause that's whwat I did first one in so decided to try to make them consistent. So I went by pace instead of time and just tried to make each one faster, but failed for most of them. Ugggg. Will focus on better eating today and hope to find better footing. So did 9 1k's. During 9th repeat got a side stich 1/2 way through it and just about died trying to finish it. Took 3 minute rest and thought I'd be able to do 10th repeat but just ran out of gas completely. Ugggg.
