Notes
GOAL: 3 X 1 mile at T pace then 1 x 800 at 2 mile xc pace (2:35)...
Did first one as a 1600 on the track and went 6:03... felt like crap but then once i started the second one i felt great. after the first one i did the 2 mile course... the last one felt pretty tough with all the hills but i managed a decent time... the 800 at the end was on the track and close to all out but i'm happy i could go that fast after being tired with very little rest. i think i'll be ready to roll on saturday
