Storming out a lot today so i never ran in the morning. Humid as hell outside and hot but atleast i got a chance in between the mass lightning to run. Ran 20 x 6-7 second hill sprints at sharon woods. Tired me out by the end but not near the soreness it gave me last week in the quads. Ran around 1:30-2:00 active rest between hills. Felt pretty good.
