Notes
This was on the treadmill because I can't stand running in 34 degree rain. Hip hurt at first but felt fine after 10 minutes or so. Just kind of decided to make it into a progression since I was feeling good.
Splits were: 7:53, 7:28, 7:19, 7:13, 7:04, 6:55, 6:38, 6:24
Probably should have cooled down after but I had to go to the bathroom so I didn't worry about it.
