My first 1600 was kind of a warm up. The first 800 was in 3:18 but then I got myself on pace. The 2nd was pretty much even split at 95 each 400. The last one went, 93, 97, 96, 93. This workout was mostly just trying to get back into LT runs. It wasn't very demanding and felt pretty good.
