CV intervals (supposed to be with between tempo and v02 pace) 1:30 rest on sharon woods mile loop... very hilly. this didn't go as planned at all. i was planning on doing three faster than that but i completely died on the second one. the hills just killed my legs. i felt great after the first one but as soon as i hit the big hill on the second one i was done.. probably shoudl have given myself a bit more rest.
