Notes
-I was planning on doing 45, but it just wasn't happening today and I ended up just doing 35 instead.
-Once we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and then I went inside and did P90X chest/back.
-Honestly, I am pretty worried about this time trial tomorrow, my leg just won't stop bothering me and I really hope it doesn't negatively impact my time too much.
-I am just going to focus on getting my leg better for tomorrow.
