Notes
-Coach told me to take today off from running, so I decided to go for a 20ish mile bike ride.
-I felt alright, although, the problem with biking is you go a lot faster and cover a lot more distance, so I had trouble thinking of where to go. I ended up just riding my bike from my house down the Washington path and then doing part of the half-marathon loop before turning and going home.
-I think I'll test my leg out again tomorrow and see if it is feeling better.
