Notes

-Ran my fartleks with Andres today, we were originally planning on doing 6 reps, but we felt decent after 6 so we did 8 instead.

-We started off at a good pace and gradually picked it up from there.

-Andres did a great job setting the pace for these fartleks, especially on the last few.

- It's kind of crazy to think that not even a year ago, the best time I could run a mile in was barely 6:00 pace, and now I do workouts that are faster than that, just goes to show that anyone really can be a good runner, all you need to do is keep working at it.

-I'm very glad that we did the extra 2 because I wouldn't have felt like I got a good workout if we didn't.

-It snowed yesterday/last night which is absolutely crazy, it's march, snow isn't allowed. The paths we ran on were well paved, so we didn't have to worry about the snow impacting our run.

-I think that we had a good workout today, and I'm really proud of Andres for all of the work he's put in this season.
