-Ran an easy cool-down with Andres, felt good to be done with fartleks, they were pretty tough.
-After the cool-down, we did our 10 strides and then went home.
-I did P90x chest and back workout on my own, along with some lunges and strides.
-I really tried to make the 10-pound dumbbells I have work for me, but I need an alternative because it takes me a while to even start to feel tired with them.
