Shorter long run this week for bit of a taper before 1/2 next weekend.
No idea on total time, first mile was just under 9 mins, then watch battery died. So, ran the 1 more mile to the club, hopped on the treadmill for 4 miles (38:00), then ran the 2 miles back home. Busy day, with Race for the Cure, and bday party all the way down at Turkey Creek Ranch. Lucky I fit this run in.
