Notes

Dwight killed us with the hills again. 3 sets: 1) 14 increase hill lasting about 12 minutes, 2) 20 mins rolling hills, 10 increases, back down to six and up to 10 twice, with 30 sec sprints at level 6, 3) 12 increase hill, lasting about 15 mins with 20 sec jump intervals and 40 sec standing pick-ups. Whew!
