Mandy and I are getting in our shorter long run on Friday before she leaves for a week.
FH Club->NGate->Sante Fe, where we had parked my car. Got a later start and I had to be done by 10 to get Cam to soccer and a bday party, so we only ran 7 today. Fine by both of us, my legs are still a little dead and we have 15 miler next weekend to start increasing mileage again.
