Ended up just being me, Mandy & Kathleen. Ran from my house to Kathleen's (.65), then to AFA North Gate entrance (paced 9:20 for 4.25 miles) and back to my house (much slower pace, almost all uphill). Just enough time to shower and get to school to pick up Camryn.
