Marathon training is officially kicked off with today's run. So glad we decided to use this for our training run today to get a break from Sante Fe. First 7 miles were at 8:20 pace, so I could practice pace running for training. Then backed off and kept to conversation/training pace, including walk breaks to take off jacket/let Sabrina catch up, etc.
