Notes

Dwight kicked our butts with sprints this morning. Three sets of ladders, 30sec sitting, 45 sec standing, 60 sec sitting. 12 min climb, with 45 sec standing bursts. Another set of 10 sitting/standing 30 sec sprints with 30 sec rest. Finished with another 12 min climb. Felt great to be back at it and I look forward to really pushing it in spinning for the next several weeks while taking a hiatus from running. Also plan to make Tue evening pump class when I can, gonna be hard with Emma starting back to swim lessons week after next but B and I can alternate.
