1.5m w/up, 2x1m @7:30 with .5m recovery, 2X.5m@7.30 with .5m recovery, 1m c/down.<BR><BR>Last .5mile repeat was the most difficult, took it very easy on the recoveries. Trying not to overdo it before WW relay but this week was speed wkout week.
