Not feeling it this morning. Legs felt tired from weekend bike/run and I definitely had a hard time waking up this morning for class. But I went and did what I could. Intervals class, 90 sec pickups, w/ 90, 60, 45 sec recoveries. 5 min pickup, 2 min rec, 4 min pup, 2 min rec, 3 min pup, 2 min rec, 2 min pup. I think we did some other stuff but not recalling at the moment.
