Notes

Foot/leg is actually feeling better after two days of no running. Amanda and I agreed last night that it is not a stress fracture, the pain is not on the bone but rather more muscular. Doing some ice/massage therapy and have an appt with Sarah for Monday. Also, getting new shoes tomorrow and ordered SuperFeet insoles. Will XT again tomorrow and still planning on running long Sunday. Hoping that all my freaking out yesterday was overreaction to the possibility of an injury smack-dab in the middle of my training.
