Golf got canceled, due to Rach being sick, so instead of getting up early, got in run before lunchtime. Good thing, since I didn't get up early this morning, got home too late from the movies and needed the extra rest.
1 mi warmup, 2mi @ MT (8:49), 1 mi easy, 2mi @ MT (8:49), 1 mi cooldown.
Tempos felt moderate, paused after initial warmup to stretch quad, which doesn't seem to be giving me quite the trouble it had been.
