Moved our long run to Sunday due to weather forecast for Saturday. Everyone's schedule was flexible this weekend, so hopefully Sunday won't be as snowy and cold as tomorrow!
Baptist->CC. Brrrr! Super cold, especially with head wind. Paved sections past Woodmen were slippery, so we walked over these sections and took it slow to avoid slipping. Just not worth it. Overall, body felt good. GUs at miles 6 and 12, potty break at Criterium. We both feel like if we can make it through 18 in this cold weather, we can make it through 26 in Vegas!
