Reformer class, great workout! Left leg is feeling better with each day of no running - 7 days off so far. We'll see what Dr has to say tomorrow and have another PT appt on Thur. Joe, our pilates instructor, ran Leadville 100 and had some really good thoughts about areas I can continue to strengthen and work on. My support group right now is so amazing.
