10 min jogging cooldown followed by .25 mile walking cooldown to round out the 7 miles

Almost slept in this morning and wish I had since Gina overslept and didn't show up on time for yoga class. Decided to hop back in the bed which never works out for me. Woke up a little grumpy. Trying to get in a massage this week and will hopefully get yoga early on friday morning.
