Great run with the ladies! Baptist Rd -> Palmer Lake. Dawn, Sabrina and I picked up Grey & Liz at mile 3, so our next 5.5 were in memory of Ryan Shay. Very easy pace, which is perfect for getting me into marathon mode. I'm keeping HH's advice in mind
