Notes
Another preview of the Tomato 5k course. This time I was planning to run 1 minute per mile slower than I want to race it, but miles 1-2 were only 45 seconds per mile slower than my A goal (and only about 20 seconds slower than my B goal).
It was fast enough that it hurt, but I could go faster. Hoping the adrenaline and a little crowd support helps me get all the way there.
