Felt pretty rough at the start. Ate a banana and toast 20 minutes before the run with a cup of coffee. Started out a little dehydrated.
Took Gu at 5, 10, 14, 18 with a Roctane at 18. Carried my water bottle (10-12oz). Drank it all, but didn't refill it. I think race day will be 5, 10, 18, 22 with water bottles at 10 and 22.
