First two miles I ran with Erica while pushing Max in the stroller. Then I got some work done and cooled down with two more miles as I ran home from the park.

Trying to focus on midfoot strike and overall form.

I think my HR at a 6:43 pace is about 10 BPM lower than it was in February. I am going to start wearing my HR strap more.
