Planned: 12 x 400m w/ 60 sec recovery. Targeting 81 second reps with 3 hammer reps at 75.
Ran with Greg and Ashley. Dave (coach) was calling out splits. After 11 reps Dave called for an additional 2. Could have easily done another 2 as well.
