10x400m track workout with NRC. First one was a little fast, otherwise it was a good progression.
(1:22, 1:28, 1:30, 1:26, 1:23, 1:23, 1:22, 1:23, 1:17, 1:12)
Last one was at 4:48 pace!
I need to get in a mile specific workout or two, but I think I can break 5 at the Music City Mile.
Hoping to run Tomato 5k at sub 6 pace.
