Good workout. I felt like I was pretty consistently hitting 5:20 pace on the 600s and 400s. Last 200m was in 30 seconds. I have a newfound respect for 30/40s. Would love to go out and hammer a bunch of 200s one day, but I think it would be more like 30/80s.
