Second track workout with Nashville Running Company.
Workout was 600,400,300,200,100. 400m recovery after long 2 intervals, 200m recovery after the others. Hard part is second set which starts with 600 after only 200 recovery.
First Set: 1:59, 1:19, 1:00, :37, :20
Second Set: 2:06, 1:18, :58, :38, :19
I feel pretty good about it, but would have liked to see the second set a little more consistent.
*should have done a longer cool down
