Planned to run 17, but ended up going 20 with Greg so he could hit 70 for the week. Scott joined us for most of it as well.

Only took one gu and that was just after 10 miles. Started pretty depleted. No sports drink, 3 water stops. Kinda lingered with the nice cold water. Said we were going to slow it down, but we didn't.
