Warmup, 1.75 miles at tempo, rest, 2 x 800m @ 5k pace.

FORGOT MY WATCH!!!

1.75 loop was with Lee and Scott. We came through the mile at 5:52 and then hit the .75 at 5:45 pace. I could have gone a second loop with them, but my hammies are really sore and my calfs were getting sore.

I have added in quality workouts too soon and added too many. Ended up with the track workout on Saturday, quick-is 11.2 on Sunday, easy Monday, track Tuesday, easy Wednesday, tempo Thursday. That is 3-4 quality workouts in 6 days. Too many! It limits the quality of the workouts :(

I am going to take Friday and Saturday easy (and hour plus od easy running each day?) and then do the East Nasty workout on Sunday which calls for some tempo pace running. It will not be my tempo pace though.
