Actual:
1 mile at 523 - Actually felt easy
0.50 at 533 - Dialed it back. Pretty close to actual 10k pace.
0.50 at 458 - Have no idea.
0.75 at 516 - First half at 518-519 pace, pretty evenly paced. Played a solid third quarter. Tired at the end, but should have finished off the workout. Likely would have run the last mile in sub 520.
