It was a little breezy out. Started with four strides then the workout.. 4 x 1 mile with 400m recovery.

HIt the first one too hard and was tired at the end. Overall, felt pretty good. Legs are back and feeling almost easy to run a 545 mile.

*Did this workout a year ago exactly. Then the miles were 533, 554, 554 and 547. But had rest periods of 215, 352 and 340.
